FAQ General: Do I need to register to play games? No. You can play all the games you want without registering. If you want to win prizes, however, you need to sign up and start earning Koodos. I’m having problems logging into my account. What do I do? Check to make sure you have typed your login and password correctly. Most problems logging in come from simple typos. If you continue to have problems, email us at info@koodosgames.com. I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it? Email us at info@koodosgames.com and we will email it to you. How do I earn points? First, you need to register and sign in to the site. Next, start playing games and earning Koodos. Every 100 Koodos equals one entry into a sweepstakes. How will I be informed if I win? The winner of each sweepstakes is sent an email with notification that he/she won. The email will have instructions on the next steps to claim the prize. When will I receive my prize? You will receive your prize 2-3 weeks from your email notification of winning. All prizes will be awarded via gift cards. If the prize is over $600, you will be emailed a tax form that must be filled out and faxed back before prize is awarded. Can I log in to my account on other computers? Yes. If you have your login and password, you can log in from anywhere that has an internet connection. How do I change my account information? To change your account information, log in to the site and click on My Account. From there, you can change your email and other account information. How do I check my Koodos points? Log in and click on My Account to view your total points. Technical: What browser do I need to view the site? This site currently supports Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari. Sometimes the site crashes Internet Explorer. What do I do? There is a known issue with version 9.0.115 of the Adobe Flash player and Internet Explorer.
